Clune Construction in Chicago, IL is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and completion of complex construction projects. You will take ownership of all phases from budgeting and bidding to closeout, coordinating internal and external teams to meet financial goals and client expectations.

The role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication, and a proven track record in budgeting, cost control, and site supervision.

Qualifications

• Strong estimating and budgeting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with high-end clientele.
• Experience managing all aspects of field operations including scheduling and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Lead active participation in RFP responses, including developing presentations and leading pitches.
• Lead preconstruction efforts from budgeting to final budget approval.
• Manage contract review process with owners and subcontractors.
• Guide, direct, and mentor project team on issues.
• Oversee project cost control and budget management processes.
• Develop and mentor other project staff.
• Lead business development and client relationship management; build new client relationships.
• Support intern programs and mentoring initiatives.
• Develop training content and lead training on industry practices.
