Clune Construction is seeking a Project Manager to lead planning, coordination, and completion of commercial construction projects. The role covers budgeting, bidding, cost control, client relations, and closeout, with responsibility for reporting and achieving financial goals.

The position requires strong budgeting, estimating and communication skills, experience with commercial GC work, and the ability to manage multiple projects while coordinating with field and design teams.

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing multiple projects simultaneously with strong budgeting and cost control skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication, and ability to interact with high-end clientele.
• Proven record in estimating, documentation, owner/architect relations and project wrap-up.

Responsibilities

• Participate in RFP responses and bid presentations.
• Manage project cost control and monthly billing processes.
• Coordinate with superintendent, trade partners and design team.
• Ensure document control and timely client reporting.
• Support preconstruction and client relationship management.
• Mentor junior staff and interns.
