Qualifications

• Strong background in Tenant Improvement.
• Three years as a Project Engineer or equivalent position.
• LEED AP and/or GA preferred.

• Plan and coordinate work and material procurement.
• Supervise subcontractors to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery.
