Responsibilities

• Serve as owner's representative for TI, retail repositioning, and capital projects.
• Lead budgeting, estimating, scheduling, and feasibility analyses.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors through design to closeout.
• Review drawings for risks, constructability, and cost savings.
• Align project objectives with leasing, asset management, and operations.
