Job summary

Webcor is seeking an Assistant Project Manager in Santa Barbara to oversee Tenant Improvement projects, promote safety, and coordinate subcontractors and vendors. The role requires leading field operations, managing schedules and costs, and mentoring junior staff. Experience in TI projects and LEED/GA credentials are preferred.

You will maintain logs, ensure QA/QC, and support change management while interfacing with clients and design teams on a regular basis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with four years in construction/engineering.
• Four years construction/engineering experience with three years as Project Engineer.
• OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred.
• LEED AP or GA certification desired.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and enforces site safety and cleanliness.
• Coordinates, supervises, and manages subcontractors and vendors to meet schedule and budget.
• Develops and mentors junior staff and provides timely feedback.
• Leads design coordination, processes RFIs and submittals for timely approvals.
• Maintains daily logs,QA/QC, and oversees punch list closure.
