Qualifications

• Support mechanical, plumbing, and tenant improvement projects from planning through completion.
• Assist with submittals, documentation, drawing reviews, and project coordination.
• Work with project managers, contractors, clients, and internal teams to keep projects on track.

Responsibilities

• Support project managers throughout the lifecycle of mechanical, plumbing, and tenant improvement projects.
• Assist with design coordination, submittals, RFIs, project documentation, and construction administration tasks.
• Review drawings, specifications, and project documents with a focus on plumbing and mechanical systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and clients to support project schedules and deliverables.
• Help identify and troubleshoot project issues to maintain quality, accuracy, and progress.
• Track details, follow up on open items, and contribute to organized project execution.
