Job summary

Andersen Commercial Plumbing is seeking a motivated Commercial Plumbing Project Manager to support our TI division, handling tech offices, medical spaces and R&D interiors from pricing through closeout. You will coordinate with field teams, general contractors, and clients to ensure timely, budget-conscious project delivery.

This role requires on-site leadership, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage schedules, submittals, RFIs, and change orders in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage awarded projects from startup to completion
• Coordinate schedules, material deliveries, and manpower
• Track job costs, labor, and production
• Manage submittals, RFIs, and change orders
• Attend job site and coordination meetings
• Maintain strong communication with GCs, owners, and field crews
