Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar role within construction.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Trace 700, Revit, and SolidWorks required.
• HVAC or plumbing knowledge plus; PE certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement mechanical systems for construction projects, ensuring compliance with project requirements and standards.
• Create detailed 3D models and drawings using AutoCAD, Trace 700, Revit and SolidWorks.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors and engineers to integrate systems into the overall design.
• Oversee installation, maintenance and repair of mechanical systems to high standards and timelines.
• Conduct tests to evaluate functionality and efficiency; perform adjustments as needed.
• Provide expert guidance on mechanical engineering topics including HVAC and plumbing.
• Stay up-to-date with new developments and apply relevant innovations.
