Job summary

Clune Construction is seeking a Project Manager to oversee planning, coordination, and completion of construction projects in Dallas. You will handle budgeting, bidding, cost control, and client relations through closeout.

The role requires strong communication, budgeting, and leadership skills, with a focus on achieving financial goals and maintaining high standards across all phases of the project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM/Arch/Eng preferred; strong work experience considered.
• Minimum 5 years of construction project management, 2–3 years in commercial construction.
• Must have proven estimator/bid experience and client relations skills.
• Strong computer skills and ability to review drawings.

Responsibilities

• Participate in RFP responses, develop presentations, and pitch to clients.
• Maintain effective internal and external communication flow with teams and trade partners.
• Oversee budgeting, bids, scope reviews, and pricing presentations to clients.
• Monitor project costs, including general conditions, labor, and change pricing.
• Ensure subcontractor agreements are complete and insured; coordinate site visits.
• Support closeout, punch lists, and timely financial reporting; assist preconstruction.
