Job summary

Goodlord is seeking a proactive customer support professional to progress referencing applications and generate accurate reports for customers. You will help tenants secure their preferred homes by meeting targets and delivering high-quality service via phone, live chat and email.

Ideally you have experience in a fast-moving contact centre, are comfortable with both inbound and outbound calls, and possess a strong attention to detail to identify and resolve issues for diverse customers.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-moving, highly targeted contact centre is highly desirable
• Comfortable with both inbound and outbound calling
• Customer-centric mindset with ability to identify customer needs and act on them

Responsibilities

• Pro actively progressing referencing applications to ensure reports are generated for customers in line with KPI measurements
• Helping tenants to get their dream home by meeting and exceeding targets
• Professionally supporting customers with high levels of accuracy via phone, live chat and email
• Grow with Goodlord and participate in development opportunities (annual development fund)
