Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a senior leader in San Francisco to build and run a world-class amenity program within a premier office building. You will oversee programming, operations, and partnerships, delivering a luxury tenant experience that aligns with ownership and leasing goals.

You will lead a five-person team across events, wellness, and marketing, Collaborate with F&B operators and key partners, and develop scalable SOPs for ongoing operations and growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management in hospitality, workplace experience, amenity operations, or related fields; CRE preferred.
• Proven experience leading high-performing teams.
• Experience owning budgets and interpreting financial performance for operational decisions.
• Proven capability in creating and presenting operational and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a five-person Playbook team across meetings, events, wellness, and marketing.
• Launch and manage a premier on-site amenity program with SOPs and strategic hiring.
• Integrate F&B operators, partners, and tenants to deliver a unified experience.
• Own asset and experience strategy to drive leasing velocity and tenant retention.
• Build strong relationships with ownership, property management, leasing, and tenants, with clear impact reporting.
