Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for tenant communication and inquiries.
• Maintain records in property management software for maintenance requests.
• Assist in lease renewals and move-in/move-out coordination.
• Ensure timely responses to prospective residents and rent-related questions.
• Prepare notices and routine correspondence per Property Manager.
• Document all property and tenant information in the system.
