Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for all tenant communication.
• Maintain records in property management software for all maintenance requests.
• Assist Property Manager with the lease renewal process.
• Travel to properties within the scheduled time requirement to prepare and coordinate Move-In/Move-Out.
• Prepare Notices and other routine correspondence as directed by Property Manager.
• Respond to prospective residents and schedule property reviews.
