Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Provide high-level customer service to visitors and respond to information requests.
• Ability to work with recreation equipment and assist customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level customer service to ensure visitors receive accurate information in a welcoming manner.
• Greet customers and assist with rental reservations, concessions, and pass sales.
• Staff the Visitor Center and Rental Center; keep areas clean and safe.
• Assist with equipment rentals (canoes, kayaks, paddles, snowshoes, skis) and educate users.
• Complete paperwork, rental agreements, incident reports, and daily logs; use rental software and Microsoft Office.
• Follow cash handling procedures and support events as needed.
