Job summary

Dakota County Parks is seeking a Temporary Lead Facility Attendant to supervise rental facilities, support events, and coordinate operations across multiple park venues in Minnesota. Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have 1 year of customer service experience.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Experience leading others and coordinating events preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level customer service at visitor centers and rental facilities.
• Staff rental facilities as shift lead and supervise attendants.
• Assist with scheduling, facility management, and administrative tasks.
• Greet clients, troubleshoot issues, and ensure positive experiences.
• Maintain rental paperwork, logs, and incident reports.
• Operate reservation software and onsite AV systems; manage cash handling.
• Assist with setup of equipment and light custodial tasks.
