Maricopa County Elections is seeking a Temporary Pre-Tabulation Room Attendant I to support the election process by loading, unloading, and transporting trays of early ballots within the assigned workspace. You will also assist with organizing affidavits for retention and audit purposes.

This position is eligible for overtime compensation for all hours worked over 40 in the designated workweek. Hours may vary from Part-time to Full-time hours based on business needs.

About the Position As a Temporary Pre-Tabulation Room Attendant I, you will support the election process by physically loading, unloading, and transporting trays of early ballots on wheeled carts throughout the assigned workspace. You will also assist with organizing and storing processed affidavits for retention and audit purposes.

Requires the ability to sit and stand for extended periods, to frequently lift floor-to-shoulder and/or lower from shoulder-to-waist and/or from should-to-floor up to 100 pounds and carry for 100 feet, and to push/pull a minimum of 50 pounds for a minimum of 200 feet
Must not engage in any political discussion during the election
