Job summary

CHD is seeking a temporary full-time Talent Acquisition Partner for a 5-month engagement to support our HR and Recruitment Team in Springfield, MA. The role focuses on coordinating decentralized hiring, sourcing diverse candidates, and ensuring a positive candidate experience aligned with CHD’s mission.

The position is fully on-site in Springfield, MA for five months, with responsibilities covering sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and working with the UKG ATS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years HR recruitment experience.
• Strong sourcing and direct outreach capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment tools.
• Willingness to travel in western Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to plan staffing across roles.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates.
• Engage active and passive candidates through outreach.
• Develop creative recruiting strategies to attract talent.
• Coordinate hiring events and onboarding.
• Train managers on UKG ATS usage.
• Promote CHD as an employer of choice.
• Conduct weekly new employee orientations.
