Job summary

The Center for Human Development seeks a temporary Talent Acquisition Partner for a five-month, on-site assignment in Springfield, MA. You will partner with hiring managers to plan staffing across medical, clinical, managerial, direct client services, and administrative roles while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, social service, or business-related field or 3–5 years HR experience with recruitment focus.
• Strong sourcing techniques and recruitment strategies, networking, and direct sourcing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with multiple stakeholders.

• Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and fit for the role and company culture.
• Engage in direct outreach to active and passive candidates.
• Develop and implement creative recruiting strategies to identify and attract top talent.
• Assist with coordination of hiring events.
• Manage the onboarding of new hires.
• Become proficient in UKG applicant tracking system and support/train hiring managers in its use.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates to create a positive candidate experience and promote CHD as an employer of choice.
• Conduct weekly agency-wide new employee orientations session.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, social service, or business-related fieldor 3-5 years of experience in HR with a focus on recruitment and onboarding
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment strategies, networking, and direct sourcing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with multiple stakeholders including candidates and hiring managers
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
• Experience in social services, behavioral health, and/or healthcare environments
• Must be able to travel in and around western Massachusetts

$25 - $30 an hourdepending on depth of experience.
