Dyno Nobel, Inc. is seeking a Supply Planner to manage supply plans, RCCP reviews, and inventory projections across North American manufacturing and distribution operations.

You will lead planning inputs and collaborate with plant leadership to align production schedules with capacity and demand. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in sourcing or category management, strong cross-functional leadership, and relevant certifications.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, Accounting, Finance or Engineering, ideally with a manufacturing or chemicals focus.
• Master's Degree (MBA, Supply Chain, Finance, or Procurement-related discipline) preferred.
• Professional Certifications: CPSM, CIPS, CSCP, Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt preferred.
• 10+ years in Sourcing or Category Management.
• Cross functional leadership experience.
• Work Experience in Manufacturing, Mining Services, Oil & Gas.
• Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and a team player.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain supply plans and RCCP reviews across North American operations.
• Coordinate responses to capacity constraints and material shortages.
• Monitor inventory projections, safety stock and backorders.
• Support replenishment decisions across plants, warehouses, and distribution locations.
• Lead RCCP reviews for product lines and sites.
• Validate demand against capacity and material constraints.
• Align Master Production Schedule with capacity and customer requirements.
• Prepare inputs for monthly SMR cycle.
• Collaborate with Customer Service and Commercial on product availability and lead times.
