Job summary

Dyno Nobel is seeking a Sourcing Manager to lead the Americas Procurement function, driving cost-effective sourcing, contract development, and supplier management for North America. You will balance internal needs with market capability and regulatory requirements to ensure reliable supply for manufacturing sites.

The role requires 5+ years in contract/supplier management, strong negotiation skills, and experience guiding cross-functional teams across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Chemical, Mechanical or related Engineering field; manufacturing focus preferred.
• MBA or equivalent experience; procurement, sourcing or finance specialization preferred.
• 5+ years in contract and supplier management, project management or strategic sourcing in a large, complex org; manufacturing focus ideal.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across multiple locations.
• Strong knowledge of contract development and management; FAR/DFARS and related procurement regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead America's procurement function to deliver cost-effective sourcing strategies across North America.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies and contract management for ongoing operational expenses.
• Negotiate complex product and service agreements with suppliers while ensuring regulatory and contract compliance.
• Monitor supplier performance and manage continuity of supply for designated materials.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and long-term value through project planning and metrics.
