Dyno Nobel, Inc. is seeking a Sourcing Manager to lead the Americas Procurement function, ensuring a high-performing team and cost-effective solutions while balancing internal needs with market capabilities.

You will develop sourcing strategies, negotiate complex contracts, and govern supplier performance across North America, incorporating FAR/DFARS guidance and risk management to support manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, chemical, mechanical, or related field.
• MBA or equivalent with Procurement/Sourcing/Finance specialization preferred.
• 5+ years' experience in Contract and Supplier Management, Project management and/or Strategic Sourcing in a large complex organization, ideally with a manufacturing focus.
• Experience leading cross functional teams across several geographical locations.
• Detailed Knowledge & understanding of contract development & management.
• Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and other procurement regulations for US government or defense related contracts.
• Strategic negotiation skills with a focus on supplier engagement.
• Strong understanding of relevant supply markets.
• Customer focus and team player.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Americas Procurement to develop sourcing strategies and cost-effective solutions across North America.
• Negotiate complex product and service agreements with suppliers and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS and government contract regulations.
• Oversee supplier performance, risk, and continuity of supply.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to set short- and long-term objectives.
• Implement governance and control programs to ensure policy compliance.
