Qualifications

Staffing Coordinator Qualifications & Responsibilities:
  1. High School Diploma or equivalent
  2. Degree in Human Resources preferred, not required
  3. One to Two years of Long-Term Care experience as a staffing coordinator is preferred
  4. Create and maintain staff schedules
  5. Maintain records of call outs, tardiness, and early arrivals
  6. Coordinate with HR on employee retention and recruitment process
  7. Evaluate annual performance reviews if needed
  8. Coordinate interviews with recruiting and department heads
  9. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  10. Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards
