Qualifikationen

• Juris Doctor required

• At least one year of experience in family and/or immigration law, including clinical or pro bono experience, strongly preferred

Aufgaben

• Conduct initial consultations and evaluate eligibility for immigration benefits and relief from removal.
• Independently manage a full caseload, represent clients before USCIS and EOIR (SIJS, asylum, U visas, etc.).
• Represent clients in NYC family courts for SIJS and related matters.
• Maintain case files, dashboards, and timely reporting to partners.
• Prepare written case evaluation memos and coordinate with supervising and managing attorneys.
• Supervise paralegals, interns, fellows and volunteers; provide trainings and outreach.
