Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking Set-Up Technicians to support a leading manufacturer in Mukwonago, WI. The position is full-time, temporary, and expected to last up to six months, offering valuable hands-on manufacturing experience.

Shifts available include 1st, 2nd, and 3rd with hours from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM respectively. Pay ranges from $19.00 to $21.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

Previous manufacturing, assembly, or mechanical experience preferred.
Ability to safely use hand tools and follow detailed work instructions.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Dependable with the flexibility to work assigned shifts, including afternoons or overnight schedules.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Set up, operate, adjust, and maintain manufacturing equipment.
Perform equipment modifications and repairs under the guidance of leadership or experienced technicians.
Monitor cosmetic quality standards and communicate expectations to production employees.
Share product quality and production information with operators, inspectors, supervisors, and teammates.
Complete production, maintenance, and quality control documentation.
Maintain organized, clean, and safe work areas.
Assist with additional production and maintenance projects as needed.
