Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting required.
• CPA designation is required.
• 7+ years' experience in a public accounting firm required.
• Knowledge of audit software ProSystem Fx a plus.
• Exceptional organizational, communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the engagement lead on specific client accounts.
• Take responsibility for pre-engagement planning, execution, and final deliverables.
• Illustrate budgets and schedules.
• Actively participate in proposals.
• Manage a team of staff associates, including interns, with regular performance coaching.
