Job description

Are you someone who thrives on keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? Do you love staying organized, managing details, and making sure everything is where it needs to be—often before anyone else even realizes it? We’re looking for a Temporary Sales Administrator to join our Sales team during a busy and exciting season.

In this role, you’ll support a team of passionate professionals, helping to keep our sales materials, internal communications, and order processing moving with accuracy and efficiency. You’ll wear many hats—one moment creating a sales presentation, the next tracking customer orders, and then collaborating with colleagues across teams.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, loves a good checklist, and takes pride in supporting a team with thoughtful, detail-driven work.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist with sales presentation creation, order processing, and internal sales documentation.
  • Track and manage customer orders and communications across departments.
  • Collaborate with editorial, production, and international partners on sales updates.
  • Help maintain internal sales tracking grids and support weekly meetings.
  • Jump in wherever needed to help the team stay on track and ahead of schedule.

Who You Are:
You’re naturally organized, methodical in your work, and quick to pick up new systems. You’re also a clear communicator, comfortable juggling multiple tasks, and genuinely enjoy being the person others can count on.

You’ve probably been described as a self-starter or someone who “just gets it done.” You’re great with Excel, know your way around PowerPoint, and bring a calm, thoughtful presence to any team you join.

What You'll Need:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Confidence using Excel, PowerPoint, and common business tools.
  • Comfort working independently and communicating across teams.
  • A problem-solving mindset with great follow-through.
  • Prior experience in administrative, project coordination, or sales support roles is a plus.
