Job summary

The Harpeth Hotel in Franklin, Tennessee seeks an Interim Room Operations Manager to guide Guest Services, Housekeeping and Engineering during a maternity leave period. You will drive service quality, financial performance and guest satisfaction while maintaining brand standards.

Ideal candidates will have a hospitality or business degree, at least two years in a management role, and strong leadership, communication and forecasting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Mgt, Business Admin, Marketing, Economics preferred.
• A minimum of two-year experience in a related or management position.
• Excellent oral, written and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct Guest Services, Housekeeping and Engineering daily operations to deliver a superior service.
• Set hotel goals and develop business and financial plans for operating departments.
• Monitor hotel performance and implement actions to meet the plan.
• Oversee expense control systems including revenue to payroll forecasting.
• Develop associates for career advancement through training and development planning.
• Maintain exceptional guest relations and brand partnerships.
