Job summary

Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse for the MMH 6 unit on a 13-week contract. The RN delivers individualized quality nursing care to cancer patients and families following hospital guidelines and ANA ethics, using the nursing process to plan, deliver, and evaluate care.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of inpatient Medical-Surgical experience, a BSN (or ADN with relevant experience), and current FL RN licensure with BLS.

Qualifications

• BSN required or ADN with 1 year of relevant experience.
• Current FL RN license and BLS.
• 1 year inpatient medical-surgical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, and evaluate patient care.
• Delivers individualized care to cancer patients and families.
• Documents care and coordinates with interprofessional team.
