Marin Community Clinics is seeking a Referral Navigator for a six-month temporary assignment to manage and close medical and dental referrals. Candidates should have a high school diploma, at least two years of medical/dental experience, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifikationen

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• EPIC or Dentrix experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Schedule and coordinate referrals for Oral Surgery program.
• Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines.
• Respond to referrals and communications from clinics and outside facilities.
• Request authorizations for specialty services and track status.
• Assist patients by explaining referral process and scheduling appointments.
• Transmit and file medical records and insurance eligibility information.
