Job summary

Landing Point is seeking a seasoned Recruiter on a contract basis to drive end-to-end recruiting for a variety of roles, with a path to full-time conversion. You will partner with hiring managers, source and screen candidates, and maintain accurate ATS data to support a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 6–8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, hands-on iCIMS proficiency, and a proven ability to manage multiple requisitions while delivering timely results in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Hands-on experience using iCIMS (non-negotiable).
• Experience working in fast-paced environments; for-profit background preferred, though flexible.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and deliver results quickly.
• Ability to operate independently and “hit the ground running” in a new environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across a variety of roles, partnering closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates, ensuring a high-quality and efficient hiring process.
• Drive requisitions forward with a strong sense of urgency and ownership.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data within the applicant tracking system.
• Provide a strong candidate experience while balancing competing priorities and timelines.
