You will handle coordinating documentation, orientation, and candidate communication in a fast-paced environment. The role focuses on organizing the recruitment pipeline, conducting initial screenings, and assisting with sourcing and onboarding while collaborating with HR and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a recruiting or onboarding coordinator.
• Experience supporting high-volume hourly hiring in distribution or similar settings.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily hourly recruiting activities and admin tasks.
• Onboard new hires; manage documentation and orientation.
• Screen applications based on qualifications.
• Assist with sourcing via job boards, referrals, social media.
• Schedule interviews with managers and leadership.
• Maintain candidate data in HR systems.
• Support onboarding and orientation for new employees.
• Track progress and keep candidates informed.
• Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, and operations.
• Support hiring events and compliance practices.
