Simon & Schuster US is seeking a Short-Term Recruiting & Onboarding Coordinator to support hiring and onboarding activities at our distribution facility in Delran, New Jersey. This role focuses on delivering an organized and positive candidate experience for a high-volume, hourly-hiring environment.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to coordinate with HR, Talent Acquisition, and operations to streamline screening, onboarding, scheduling interviews, and

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating recruiting and onboarding in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to manage high-volume hourly hiring
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to work independently with HR, TA and operations teams

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day coordination for hourly recruiting activities.
• Coordinate new-hire onboarding and required documentation.
• Review applications and conduct initial screenings.
• Assist with candidate sourcing via job boards, referrals and social media.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and facility leadership.
• Maintain timely communication with candidates on next steps.
• Assist with offer coordination and pre-employment activities.
• Help facilitate new-hire orientation and onboarding logistics.
• Maintain candidate and new-hire data in HR systems.
• Track candidates through recruiting and onboarding pipelines.
