Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of recruiting coordination, interview scheduling, or related high‑volume coordination experience.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System; Greenhouse preferred.
• Strong multi‑tasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication, customer‑focused mindset.
• Proficient with Google Workspace and Slack; calendar management across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate virtual and onsite interviews from initial screen to final loop with diverse calendars.
• Partner with Office and IT to arrange rooms and technical setups for meetings.
• Serve as primary candidate contact, providing timely updates and logistics.
• Welcome candidates onsite and ensure a positive interview experience.
• Keep interview pipelines moving and address scheduling challenges proactively.
• Troubleshoot conflicts and last‑minute changes professionally.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in Greenhouse and update activity feeds.
• Assist with job postings and recruiting administrative tasks.
• Monitor recruiting inbox and respond to scheduling requests promptly.
• Support projects, events, and intern programs as needed.
