Kunz is seeking a part-time Temporary Recruiter to support hiring across engineering, design, BIM/VDC, and other technical positions. This hands-on role partners with our HR & Talent Acquisition Manager to keep searches moving in a flexible hybrid setup that allows remote work with in-office Walnut Creek as needed.
You'll source candidates, screen: conduct initial calls, coordinate interviews, and maintain organized recruiting data in the ATS.
Kunz provides model-based design, engineering, and construction management services for complex capital programs. Since 2015, we have supported mission-critical facilities and hyperscale data center programs for clients in the United States and internationally.
Our work brings together product design, engineering, production planning, manufacturing, and construction to improve how complex infrastructure is designed and built.
Flexible hybrid schedule with the ability to work remotely and come into the Walnut Creek office as needed.
Kunz is looking for a part-time Temporary Recruiter to support our hiring efforts over the next several months.
This is a hands-on recruiting role supporting hiring across engineering, design, BIM/VDC, and other technical positions. You'll work directly with our HR & Talent Acquisition Manager and help manage the day-to-day recruiting activities required to keep searches and candidates moving.
The role will include sourcing candidates, reviewing applications, conducting initial phone screens, coordinating interviews, managing candidate communication and follow-up, and keeping recruiting information organized and up to date.
You do not need previous experience recruiting engineers. We are looking for someone who is curious, organized, comfortable talking with people, and able to take ownership of their work. We'll provide guidance on the positions and candidate profiles, but we need someone who can take that direction and run with it.
Candidates are not expected to have experience in every area listed above. We are particularly interested in someone who is organized, asks good questions, follows through, and can take ownership of assigned work without needing a lot of day-to-day direction.
This is a temporary, part-time W-2 position expected to last approximately three months.
The anticipated schedule is approximately 25–30 hours per week. The position will have a flexible hybrid schedule, with the ability to work remotely and come into the Walnut Creek office as needed.
This temporary position is not eligible for Kunz employee benefits.
The anticipated hourly pay range for this position is $24.00 to $30.00 per hour.
Individual compensation will be based on relevant experience and skills.
Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
