Job summary

Kunz is seeking a part-time Temporary Recruiter to support hiring across engineering, design, BIM/VDC, and other technical positions. This hands-on role partners with our HR & Talent Acquisition Manager to keep searches moving in a flexible hybrid setup that allows remote work with in-office Walnut Creek as needed.

You'll source candidates, screen: conduct initial calls, coordinate interviews, and maintain organized recruiting data in the ATS.

Qualifications

• Experience sourcing and screening engineering/technical candidates.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools.
• Review resumes against position requirements.
• Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews.
• Prepare concise candidate summaries for hiring managers.
• Maintain ATS data and candidate communications.
