Our client is seeking a Recruiter to support ongoing hiring needs across a variety of operational, professional, and business support functions. The Recruiter will partner with hiring managers to execute established recruiting strategies, maintain strong candidate flow, and deliver a positive experience for both candidates and stakeholders. Success in this role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring a consistent and compliant hiring process.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies.
• Understanding of employment laws, hiring compliance requirements, and recruitment best practices.
• Ability to manage candidate pipelines effectively while maintaining momentum throughout the hiring process.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting high-volume hiring initiatives.
• Recruiting experience within financial services, banking, insurance, healthcare, or another regulated industry.
• Experience recruiting for operational, administrative, customer service, or professional-level positions.
