Blue Nile in New York, NY is seeking a detail-oriented temporary Quality Control Administrator to support our Quality Control team. This role helps complete daily checks and ensure pieces are accounted for.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience in administrative tasks within a quality control or manufacturing environment, and excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalency required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in progress preferred.
• Minimum of 1-2 years experience in an administrative or office coordinator role.
• Experience with customer service a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
• Verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and organize quality control documentation, including inspection reports, quality checklists, and non-conformance records.
• Accurately enter quality control data into the system and ensure all records are up to date.
• Liaise between the Quality Control team and other departments to ensure timely information flow about product quality and status updates.
• Assist in locating and providing piece updates for master data communication with customers.
• Support the Quality Control team by replenishing tools and documents as needed.
• Track and manage quality control-related supplies and ensure adequate stock.
• Identify and report discrepancies or issues related to product quality and collaborate on solutions.
• Organize and store tracking material correctly by department classifications.
• Take on Ad Hoc projects assigned by the manager.
