You will review orders for shipping readiness, support customer care by phone and email with product-related escalations, and handle a high volume of data entry with accuracy, collaborating across teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Receive product and enter product details into our internal system.
• Perform quality assurance checks on incoming and outgoing product.

• Complete a high volume of data entry within a specified time frame, ensuring accuracy.
• Meet goals and targets as assigned by leadership.
