Job summary

Blue Nile in New York is seeking a Production Associate to support the jewelry production team with cleaning, engraving and transporting finished pieces. The role emphasizes strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.

You will clean finished jewelry per factory instructions, transport pieces through QA, polishing, stone setting and repairs, and assist with distributing work across the factory floor while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and careful handling of finished items
• Comfort using computers and technology
• Works with a sense of urgency
• Excellent at following directions
• Comfortable standing and walking across the factory floor
• Seasonal schedule including weekends in November and December

Responsibilities

• Support the factory by cleaning finished jewelry pieces according to factory instructions and specifications
• Transport finished jewelry pieces to and from departments including QA, polishing, stone setting and repairs
• Help with collecting and distributing work throughout the factory and conveying information across teams as needed
• Engrave finished jewelry using the laser engraver for necessary engraving
