SoLa Impact is seeking a dedicated Temporary Property Manager II for a 60-day contract in Los Angeles. You will oversee day-to-day property operations, tenant relations, leasing support, and maintenance coordination to ensure service excellence during this period. The ideal candidate has at least 4 years in property management, a bachelor’s degree preferred, and experience with affordable housing.

Proficiency in MS Office and property management software is a plus. Pay is $28-$36 per hour.

• Bachelor’s Degree in business management or related field preferred.
• Experience in affordable housing is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate tenant communications and handle inquiries.
• Support leasing via property tours and follow-ups.
• Maintain records of tenant and property data.

• Prepare property management reports.
