Job summary

SoLa Impact is seeking a dedicated Temporary Property Manager II for a 60-day contract to oversee daily operations, tenant relations, maintenance requests, and leasing activities. The role requires hands-on management in a fast-paced environment and a commitment to enhancing resident experience in affordable housing.

The ideal candidate has property management experience and can contribute immediately to the team's goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in property management or related field.
• Bachelor's Degree in business management or related field preferred.
• Experience working in affordable housing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tenant communications and manage tenant inquiries effectively.
• Support the leasing process by conducting property tours and follow-up communications.
• Maintain organized records of tenant and property data.
• Help facilitate maintenance requests ensuring timely resolution.
• Assist in the preparation of property management reports.
• Conduct regular inspections of the property and report issues identified.
• Support compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Collaborate with the property management team to promote positive tenant relations.
