Child Development Associates (CDA) is hiring for a Program Coordinator in the Eastlake area. Under supervision you will coordinate QA reviews of provider payment claims and assign tasks to the team, ensuring timely processing and accuracy.

Responsibilities include leading special projects, researching data for audits, and maintaining thorough documentation. Must have strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with program coordination and QA/reviews preferred.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
