Job summary

Child Development Associates, Inc. (CDA) is seeking a Program Coordinator to coordinate QA reviews and payment adjustments within the Provider Payments department.

This role supports compliance with CDSS regulations and CDA policies while coordinating project tasks and ensuring accurate documentation. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of relevant experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines in a dynamic non-profit setting.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of progressively responsible experience in program coordination, quality assurance, payment processing, administrative support, or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced).
• Ability to plan, prioritize workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptability to changing policies and procedures; strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the QA review process by selecting provider payment claims for review per guidelines and audit requirements.
• Assign QA reviews, adjustment requests, and other work to team members.
• Monitor QA reviews and reimbursement activities to ensure timely completion.
• Review adjustment requests for validity and regulatory compliance.
• Lead special projects; coordinate activities, timelines, and resources; report status to leadership.
• Conduct research and compile data for internal reviews, audits, and compliance initiatives.
• Prepare project results and findings after audits and reviews.
• Maintain documentation and project records per procedures and retention rules.
