Job summary

Child Care Resources Inc is seeking an operations-focused coordinator to drive the statewide CDA Workforce expansion project. The role emphasizes recruiting students and early-career practitioners, ensuring self-paced CDA training, and assisting through practicum and portfolio development.

You will collaborate with schools to schedule 480 hours, monitor progress, and provide hands-on support for training modules, CDA prep, and verification visits.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and work with Junior/Senior High School students and new ECE practitioners seeking to advance education.
• Ensure enrollees are in a self-paced training program meeting CDA requirements and monitor progress with the current vendor.
• Assist enrollees with building portfolios, providing sample TA, and completing Registry forms.
• Collaborate with neighborhood schools to facilitate 480 hours of practicum.
• Conduct 1:1, small group, and large group meetings to track CDA milestones.
• Provide support for training modules, portfolio, practicum, parent surveys, applicant process, CDA exam prep, and verification visits.
• Connect candidates to centers offering 480 hours practicum; assist in program marketing.
• Gather data for statistical reports and create materials to promote the Childcare Registry; complete PATCH reports.
• Perform other duties as necessary.
