Job summary

EXOS is seeking a Performance Coach for our corporate wellness center. You will lead group classes, assess clients, and customize plans to promote health and fitness. A Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or Kinesiology plus CPR/First Aid and various certifications are required.

Six months of industry experience and strong client relationships are essential. The role offers competitive hourly pay and full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology or related field is required.
• Certifications NASM/ACSM/NSCA/ACE are preferred.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification is required.
• 6+ months industry experience including internships.
• Experience leading and teaching group exercise classes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor participants to ensure safety and adherence to plans.
• Lead and instruct diverse group exercise classes for various fitness levels.
• Conduct fitness assessments and prescribe personalized training plans.
• Offer one-on-one consultations and motivation to help clients succeed.
• Assist with program implementation and facility operations.
