EXOS is seeking a Performance Coach to join our corporate wellness team. You will lead diverse group classes, assess clients, and tailor exercise plans to individual needs, including high-risk populations.

You’ll also offer one-on-one coaching and support day-to-day fitness center operations to drive engagement. Qualified candidates hold a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science or related field, current CPT certification (NASM/ACSM/NSCA/ACE), and CPR/AED/First Aid.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field.
• Current personal trainer certification from NASM, ACSM, NSCA, or ACE required.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification required.

Responsabilités

• Monitor exercise participants to ensure safety and adherence to workout plans.
• Lead and instruct diverse group exercise classes.
• Conduct fitness assessments and design personalized exercise plans.
• Provide one-on-one consultations and motivation to clients.
• Support program implementation and day-to-day fitness center operations.
