Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
1 year of professional work experience in HR/people operations preferred.
Comfort with Google Sheets or Excel and data manipulation.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
Proficiency with Google Docs/Sheets and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Manage CSET Careers inbox, triage, candidate correspondence and tracking.
Assist in initial down-selection of candidates for active roles.
Serve as a contact for candidates during interview process.
Coordinate onsite interview logistics, travel, and day-of support.
Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, university career centers, and outreach.
Maintain candidate data across Workday, Interfolio, and internal spreadsheets.
Build a tagged candidate database for rapid re-engagement in future roles.
Track recruiting metrics and suggest improvements to sourcing tools.
Audit recruiting lifecycle to reduce friction and incorporate AI/automation.
Maintain core recruitment assets such as SOPs and FAQs.
