Kelly Services in Chehalis, WA or Marysville, WA is seeking a temporary, part-time Payroll Processor to manage weekly payroll entries and maintain accurate employee records in Dayforce.

Onsite only with a schedule of Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm. Candidates should have payroll experience, knowledge of prevailing wage laws, and proficiency with Dayforce and certified payroll portals.

• Basic accounting knowledge.
• Familiarity with prevailing wage laws, Davis-Bacon requirements, and certified payroll reporting.

Responsibilities

• Enter rental orders and projects into Dayforce and update employee profiles.
• Enter wage rates and fringe credits.
• Process weekly payroll entries, including bonuses, per diem, and commissions.
• Send timecard approval reminders to managers.
• File No Work Performed reports and labor information in L&I, LCPtracker, and other required portals. IS A MUST
• Partner with Rental Project Coordinators, Operations Managers, and Payroll Administration to gather payroll corrections and resolve current-week issues.
• Help maintain accurate payroll records and ensure required documentation is completed.

Temporary Part-Time Payroll Processor

8:00 am-5:00 pm

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday

Chehalis, WA or Marysville, WA | $35–$50/hour DOE

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Processor for a temporary, part-time opportunity supporting payroll operations. The ideal candidate has a background in payroll or accounting, familiarity with prevailing wage requirements, and strong attention to detail.

Schedule

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday

Onsite only — no remote work

Preferred location: Chehalis, WA

Alternative location: Marysville, WA

Responsibilities

Enter rental orders and projects into Dayforce and update employee profiles.

Enter wage rates and fringe credits.

Process weekly payroll entries, including bonuses, per diem, and commissions.
