Job summary

Kelly Services in Latrobe, PA is seeking a Material Handler for 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 6:30am-3:30pm). Pay is $21.00 per hour with weekly pay and a three-month duration, with potential contract-to-hire.

The role involves picking/packing, loading/unloading, moving materials, and operating forklifts and other handling equipment. Candidates must be 18+, able to lift up to 75 lbs, and read labels and tickets accurately.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification required.
• Ability to lift, push, and carry up to 75 lbs.
• Strong reading and basic math skills.
• Good time management and attention to detail.
• Able to stand and move in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders and move materials.
• Load/unload and move materials within the site.

Kelly is seeking Material Handler candidates in Latrobe, PA at an electrical supply company.

Shift & Pay Rates

1st Shift - Monday-Friday 6:30am-3:30pm (potential for OT with manager approval)

• Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour

• Weekly Pay

• Duration: 3 months Possible Contract to Hire

This job might be an outstanding fit if you are able to:

• Picking and packing orders, material handling, truck loading.

• Work independently to load, unload, and move materials within or near work site.

• Fill orders and issues materials and supplies per requests.

• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts (sit down/stand up), pallet jacks, cherry pickers, walking riders, reach trucks, EZGo carts, hand trucks or dollies.

• Pack and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.

• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Preferred Experience/Skills:

• Forklift certification needed, will use sit down forklift.

• Desire to work in a fast-paced, organized, and positive warehouse environment.

• Able to comprehend oral and written communication skills to effectively read labels, tickets, and other product documentation.

• Ability to frequently lift, push, carry, and slide packages that typically weigh up to 75 lbs.

• Ability to stand and move throughout the warehouse in various temperatures.

• Able to accurately use basic math skills.

• Attention to detail and good time management skills.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
