CAMDEN COUNTY COLLEGE is seeking a Temporary Part-time Head Coach for Women's Soccer to lead and manage the intercollegiate team. Responsibilities include coaching, student-athlete recruitment, adhering to athletics regulations, and monitoring academic progress.

The ideal candidate should have an Associate’s degree, coaching experience, and excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. This position offers flexible working hours at the Blackwood Campus.

Position Goals

• The Temporary Part-time Women’s Head Soccer Coach will report directly to the Athletic Director and will provide leadership and management to produce a quality intercollegiate team that represents a commitment to academic and athletic excellence. Perform on-field/court coaching and instruction.

Job Description

• Perform on-field coaching, teaching and instruction
• Recruit student-athletes
• Must comply with all NJCAA rules and regulations governing intercollegiate athletics
• Maintain team and individual statistics, report scores to necessary outlets
• Adhere to sport budget, including travel, supply and equipment lines.
• Travel with team to and from all contests.
• Monitor academic progress of student-athletes
• Fundraise monies as needed
• Supervise and evaluate assistant coach(es)
• Perform other duties as assigned by Director of Athletics

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate’s degree with experience as a college or high school coach, with a proven ability to recruit student-athletes.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, planning, leadership skills, attention to detail, flexibility, initiative and sound judgement.
• Ability and commitment to recruit, instruct and motivate college student athletes.
• Ability to work with a diverse student population in a multicultural environment.
